/Stewardship

At ATI, we’re here to deliver superior investment performance for our clients.

This comes from following our investment principles. We have a rigorous approach to sustainable investing. As shareholders in a range of global companies, we believe that we have an important role to play in ensuring that the companies we own demonstrate a high level of corporate governance.

We look to grow and protect our clients’ capital by investing in a manner whereby, alongside analysis of company valuations and revenue streams, environmental, social and governance (ESG) analysis informs our investment process.

UK Stewardship Code

The Financial Reporting Council first published the UK Stewardship Code in July 2010, revising it in October 2012. The Code promotes dialogue between shareholders and the boards of their investee companies, and transparency about how investors oversee those companies.

This policy statement sets out how we discharge our stewardship responsibilities as an integral part of our investment philosophy.
