ATI to be acquired by Liontrust Asset Management Plc

Article tags:  Company News

We are excited to announce that Alliance Trust Investments (ATI) is to be acquired by Liontrust Asset Management Plc (Liontrust).

This is a highly complementary acquisition that supports the growth of our distinctive approach to investing in equities and fixed income and expands Liontrust's offering into both sustainable investment and fixed income.

Liontrust has a very strong brand profile and distribution capability and this will help us to raise the profile of our team and build on our impressive long-term investment performance.  Like us, Liontrust sees strong demand for sustainable investing and will support us in our leadership position in this area.

We have always strived to put our clients first and by leveraging the strength and stability of the combined group, we believe that the combination will create many more opportunities to support our clients throughout the UK and across Europe.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to answer your queries.
